Our Hospital based services
Introduction to hospital services
When someone is unwell and admitted to hospital we seek to ensure that the food they are provided is nutritionally adequate by working with catering and nursing colleagues on menu planning and food provision issues. Dietitians are also available to provide advice to patients needing specific dietary change as part of their treatment on medical referral. We would also be involved if a patient was failing to meet their nutritional needs or had dietary requirements that could not be met via the normal catering systems.
