Referral Criteria
Aged 16 or over
BMI>25
Willing and able to participate in lifestyle and behavioural changes.
No identified eating disorder requiring psychological treatment.
Refer to Mental Health directory for patients with eating disorders.
A specialist weight management service is available to patients attending consultant led medical weight management clinic or for bariatric surgery.
