Referral Criteria

Any patient with neurological problems requiring rehabilitation may be referred.

Referral Pathway

All patients screened by Occupational Therapists on admission to ward base.
F6 will take referrals from ward 24, ward 1,3,6 or 9. as long as the patient is able to undertake a period of rehabilitation.
Therapists based on wards pick up verbal referrals for patents requiring therapy.
