Referral Criteria

All referred patients are seen following surgery for assessment of functional/cognitive problems, appropriate advice, assistance to increase range of movement and the prevent respiratory problems.

Referral Pathway

Informeal via medical staff, MDT, nursing staff, orthopaedic consultants and care of the elderly consultants

Additional Information

All total hip replacements with BD area are offered a pre op home assessment.
