Referral Criteria

Chronic chest conditions

Stable cardio-vascular system

Completed spirometry

Referral Pathway

Via GPs, Practice Nurse, Physiotherapists, Respiratory Nurse Specialist, Occupational Therapists

Additional Information

Two sessions a week for six weeks

Sessions are for two hours and consist of one hour of exercise and one hour of education.
