Referral Criteria

MIs, ACS and CABG who are unable/do not fit criteria for community rehab (as assessed by cardiac rehab nurse)

Via Cardiac Rehab Nurse

Additional Information

Attend twice a week for 8 weeks. Each session lasts 90 minutes, including exercise and an educational talk from a variety of speakers.
