Referral Criteria

Neuro musculo-skeletal conditions of acute, subacute or chronic nature.

Conditions involving spinal and all peripheral joints. The hand therapy service is located at BRI (see Hand section for more details).

Referral Pathway

A&E, GPs, Consultants, Triage Clinics, Staff Self Referral scheme

Additional Information

No gym rehabilitation facilities available.

Referrals with postcodes BD7,8,9,13 and 15.

Cervical/shoulder and Lumbar group advice sessions are offered to chronic and sub-acute patients in English and Asian languages on a regular basis and then a follow up individual appointment if necessary.
