Referral Criteria

1 Wheelchairs The client must be resident in Bradford and registered with a Bradford GP

2 Special Seating The client must not be able to be seated adequately in a conventional wheelchair, the client must have a deteriorating condition and the seating system must form part of a total postural management regime.

Referral Pathway

Referral for new patients is via a Healthcare Professional, GP, District nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Consultant. Existing patients can self refer.
